TBC Conexión Phoenix Inc. is only responsible for the transportation of the passenger from the city shown on the ticket to the Mexican border and vice versa. The ticket gives the passengeer no other right or holds TBC Conexión Phoenix Inc. under any other obligation. If the passenger is to continue traveling in another transportation line, he or she is entitled to the rights shown on the ticket of the other transportation lines. The company is only responsible for the transportation on its own line, and not for any act or omission of others in the United States or in another country.

When selling other company's tickets, TBC Conexión Phoenix Inc. acts only as an independent contractor, and does not accept any responsibility upon loss of life, property, injury, or damage of a passenger traveling in another company.
